Privacy Policy
Mystic Tarot Space is a Tarot card-drawing and reading app. This policy explains what the app collects, why, where it is stored, and what you can ask of us.
1. No account required
The app has no sign-up and never asks for your name, email or phone number. You are identified by an anonymous device identifier the app generates on first launch. It is not linked to your real identity and is not used to track you across other apps.
2. Data the app stores
| Data | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous device identifier, device model, OS version | Recognise the device, restore your data after a reinstall | Our servers and your Android backup |
| Reading history, the questions you type (including follow-up questions), diary entries, notes and your “what happened” ratings, the daily mood you pick, your alias (if set) | Show your diary and statistics, personalise readings | Our servers |
| Content reports you send, invite codes | Handle reports, credit invite rewards | Our servers |
| Crystal balance, check-in streak, purchased packs, Google Play transaction identifiers | Run rewards and verify purchases | Our servers |
| Settings (language, theme, sound) | Remember your choices | On your device |
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos or microphone data, and contains no third-party analytics SDK. Ads appear only when you choose to watch a rewarded video (section 5).
3. Payments
Crystal packs and subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your card or payment details; we only receive a transaction identifier from Google to verify and record what you bought.
4. Readings generated by artificial intelligence (AI)
Readings and Nguyệt's answers in Ask more are generated by an artificial intelligence (AI) system, running on our servers or through a third-party AI provider; when the system is busy the app may show a prepared basic reading instead. Only the drawn cards, the topic, the mood you selected, the questions you type and your alias (if any) are sent — never your device identifier or payment data. Under the third-party provider's terms this data is not used to train their models. Readings are for self-reflection and reference only.
5. Rewarded ads
If you choose to watch a video to earn crystals, the video is served by Google AdMob. To show and measure the ad, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions under the Google Privacy Policy. From Google we only receive a confirmation that you watched the video to the end (a transaction identifier and the number of crystals) so we can add the reward. Ads never appear while you draw cards or read an answer, and Premium shows no ads. You can turn off interest-based ads in the app (Me → Terms & privacy) or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google asks for your consent before showing ads.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data and never send your diary, questions or reading history to advertisers. Data goes to third parties only where needed to run the service (Google Play Billing, the AI provider in section 4, Google AdMob when you choose to watch a rewarded video in section 5) or where the law requires it.
7. Security and retention
Every connection between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS) and signed. Data is kept on servers we operate, for as long as you use the app; see section 8 to have it deleted.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete all data tied to your device by emailing the address in section 10 (include your alias or a description of the device so we can find the right record). Deletion requests are handled within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes on-device data but does not delete server data by itself.
9. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
