Terms of Service
By installing or using Mystic Tarot Space you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Nature of the service
Mystic Tarot Space is an entertainment and self-reflection app. Readings — including those generated by artificial intelligence — are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and do not predict the future. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
2. Eligibility and conduct
You must be 13 or older. You may not interfere with the app, its servers or its payment flow, use automation to abuse rewards, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Crystals, rewards and purchases
"Crystals" are a virtual in-app unit used to unlock readings and themes. Crystals have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Crystal packs and subscriptions are purchased through Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policy. We may change prices, packs, check-in rewards and the number of free daily draws; changes apply from your next purchase.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play until you cancel in Google Play's Subscriptions section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Entitlements are verified with Google; if Google reports a transaction as invalid, the entitlement may be withdrawn.
5. Your data
How we collect and process data is described in the Privacy Policy. Because the app has no accounts, data is tied to your device; we try to restore it when you reinstall on the same device but cannot guarantee it in every case (for example a new phone, or Android backup turned off).
6. Intellectual property
The card faces are the Rider–Waite–Smith deck drawn by Pamela Colman Smith (1909–1910), which is in the public domain; the app uses the cleaned scans on Wikimedia Commons. Interpretation content, the interface and the software belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may share reading quotes through the app's share feature.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. We will try to give notice before shutting it down, but are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may end your right to use the app if you breach these terms. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app and requesting deletion of your data under the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
When the terms change we update this page and the effective date above.
